For a high-level job, our work process is as follows,
Initial client meeting, covering issues such as understanding the client's objectives; usage purposes; requirement of image. If the job covers a large area or involving complicated setup, a site-inspection will be carried out prior to the day of shooting.
Written agreement will be issued for client to approve.
Following client's approval, we will perform the photo-shoot according to the written agreement.
After we perform image stylization, client will receive a digital copy for proofing.
Touch-up with Photoshop will be performed based on the proofed images.
Deliverables.
Q. What is your pricing structure ?
A. Our pricing structure has two components: commercial license fee and production charge (if any).
License fee is calculated based on how many media for the usage of images and the license rate per image. For example, it will be counted as 2 media if client wants to use an image for Web and multiple Brochures.
Production charge is applicable only when the job requires rental for additional equipment; prop; production trailer; hiring of product stylist etc.
